Service & Scheduling

No. Most residential plans renew season-to-season or year-to-year, but you’re not locked into a multi-year obligation. We focus on results and documentation rather than long-term contracts.

Call or text us. Follow-up visits between regular services are included for most plans. We investigate what changed and address it within program scope.

In most service areas we can schedule new customers within a few business days, and often sooner. We’re transparent about availability and timing.

Safety & Products

Not necessarily. Many properties stay under control with exterior-focused service plus targeted interior work when activity or conditions warrant. We tailor interior treatment to pest pressure, documented activity, and your preferences.

All products we use are registered and labeled for residential and commercial use when applied correctly. We select options with strong safety profiles and communicate what we’re using, where, and re-entry guidance.

Inspection & Documentation

We inspect structures, landscaping, and entry points to identify conditions driving pest pressure. This analysis informs a targeted plan rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

We review documentation, investigate any new activity, and adjust treatments or exclusion work accordingly.

Pests & Treatment
