These terms govern the SMS text-message program operated by Rosen Pest Defense ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to these terms.

1. Program description

When you opt in, we send appointment-reminder text messages related to your scheduled pest-control service — for example, a reminder approximately 24 hours before a visit confirming the date, time, and assigned technician. You will receive approximately one message per scheduled appointment.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number when you schedule service with us by phone or in person and agreeing to receive appointment-reminder texts at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages we send to you or you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.

4. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we reply with a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

5. Getting help (HELP)

You can get help at any time by replying HELP to any message, by calling us at +1 (520) 413-0550, or by emailing contact@rosenpestdefense.com.

6. Supported carriers

We are able to deliver messages to major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile, as well as many minor carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
